Clare's Teaching style
Clare is a highly experienced teacher who has worked with school age children of all ages. Clare creates a calm and encouraging environment for learning. She is patient, understanding and explains things clearly. Clare makes sure the foundational learning is in place before building upon it, giving students confidence. She celebrates the individuality of each student, focusing on their strengths and enabling them to gain the confidence to tackle their weaknesses in a secure and supportive environment.

Clare Berry
Clare has over 20 years teaching experience either working in schools or as a home-tutor.
Clare has an Open degree, majoring in Biological Sciences with the Open University. She achieved Qualified Teacher Status at Secondary School level in 1997. She went on to complete her study of Educational Management at Masters level.
Clare has taught in secondary and middle schools. She successfully home educated her own children at primary and secondary level including GCSEs and A-Levels.
